  First of all let me say that Javier was an angel from heaven. Helped us find a GameCube game and ship it over to us and made the process super easy. Second of all he reminded me I had bonus reward points and applied them to the order. Javier was the best. Like the store was okay but Javier was my mans.

  Called about a problem with my elite controller grips falling off trying to find out if they could fix it or tell me where to go all i got was. me: hi, so my controller grips are falling off for my elite controller are y'all able to fix it or (them: nope can help "hangs up". one of their staff is rude.
