  After my experience with this store, now I know why I avoided them. It makes me love Zales and Kay more. I bought a watch for my boyfriend on a Friday night. It came out to be $210. Well I happen to have cash since I returned something at another store and I thought I might as well use it then my credit card. My boyfriend didn't like it. So on Saturday at 12pm I tried to return it. They said they had no money/cash in the store whatsoever and to come back maybe later Sunday evening after Valentines day or some other day. Well I work in the restaurant industry and there was no way were they going to let me take a break. So I waited till Tuesday around 5pm to return it. Still no money and they stated that it was policy to give corporate check with return if no cash. First off all. No one out there buy jewlery with cash? And how does the store have no cash? I understand if it is over $500 or something. Well I wanted how I paid and that was cash. They said to come back next day. Called weds and they said yes we should have the cash. Drove all way to mall just to tell me they did not have the cash. I went home and called corporate and they called the store. Guess what they had cash!!!!!! I am sorry ma'am they said the lady that helped you didn't know. What the hell. I've wasted my time and gas. Oh I was so mad. Let me tell you, I would never buy another thing from there. If they see customer paying with cash they should tell us about the policy. They said well the sales person doesnt inform customer because they just assume there will be no return. So....nobody in that store ever returned jewelry? never again!!

  Avoid Christopher Hernandez sales associate as much as possible. Also, the Asst Manager was no help at all. Christopher Hernandez has no manners and has no respect for customers. He told me not to buy the jewelry and he doesn’t want to hear me complaint. Note that the reason why we argued to begin with was his fault calculating incorrectly and was not apologetic at all. He had no manners at all. He treated me a paying customer with disrespect. I already let his side comments slide since I really wanted to buy the items. But after the way I was treated I realized I will never give my business to this location or company ever. He is giving Helzberg a very bad name. He definitely needs customer service training. I’ve been in the business myself and have never treated any of my customers with disrespect he’s shown me. Your company will go out of business with associates like him.
