They misapply payments and then two years later try to explain their inept abilities to make it your fault there's an outstanding balance. Their pest control system is adequate, but they cannot keep financial records! We paid every bill we received and now we were told we had an outstanding balance in 2016 because of their error. We cancelled our Pest service and retained the termite service. If I decide I need or want a quarterly pest service I will find a company that has a capable accounting team.
