  This is my second time at this location. The first time was a good experience and no issues. This year has been awful with Jos A Bank. Brittany, Henry, and Tracy were a big help with my online purchases. I was also informed that if I had my fiance' s measurements that I will be able to have this done in stores without him. Erika and Ladale or however he spell his name wouldn't assist with this. This will be my last time doing business with Jos A Bank. The biggest head ache ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase their suits. Save your money and go some place else. Don't bother going to the Woodbridge location, they don't care to assist at all if you're not purchasing anything in their store.
