  I love Lucky Brand. Sadly the have terrible management. I know this because I go in quite often and from my past experiences with their managers it just keeps getting worse. One day I went in to make a return & as I'm walking up to the register I can hear one of the ladies say "ugh she's making a f* return" and walks to the back. I make my return but the lady helping me is very resistant. As I'm walking out I see the manager coming back out and they continue talking. As much as I love the brand I'll just buy online or another location when I have the time. Great Brand! Bad Management.
