  I was shopping with my mom and left my wallet in the car so went to grab it by the time I got back it was 5:59pm and the sales associate was closing down the doors so I said my mom is inside and I just had to pay but she said "NO!". She was like "Leave! our store is closed!" So I told her let me give my card to my mom and she'll pay she was like "No she can leave too" and kicked us both out of the store. I asked her name and her manager's name and she refused. Wonderful display of customer service by a brand ambassador of a world renowned brand. Polo has certainly lost my business!
