  Recently, I moved from another state to northern VA. Sara, one of the store's reps, did outstandingly well in helping me get most of what I needed for my new place. She was professional, empathetic, and skilled. Her excellent attention to detail made me return to the store to buy more. Thanks Sara for your awesome customer service! Best wishes for a great rest of the year for you and your loved ones. Lisa, has also been wonderful in assisting me with my questions about delivery and in explaining the process. She is friendly, good-natured, and very courteous. Thank you, Lisa! Last, but not least, Emmanuel, my delivery person was a huge blessing. We could not get our couch in the elevator, yet he and his helper took the sofa upstairs through the staircase. They were patient and did their best in delivering the couch without any damage.
