  I had some challenges in the process, but I must say Chris the manager made an very assertive effort to make things right. He is a good manager who understands the importance of customer service and making the effort to maintain a customer base. They lucky to have him.

  We just rec'd our second attempt at a Fridge for our garage. The first one was not freezing food, was not able to get down to the safe temp. After speaking with Chris the manager, I chose another fridge. Delivery and set up was all good, but once again, temp is not getting cold enough in this new Kenmore freezer, the first one was Fridgair. Chris seems very knowledgeable, he advised wrapping the back of the unit with an insulated blanket so that the thermostat kicks on and doesn't think the freezer is cold enough due to the cold temperature in our garage. So we plan to try this with this 2nd fridge, hoping it works, if not I'm sending back and might consider another store. Stinks we have to go to these kind of measures to get it to work 100% percent, but not the stores fault, just that they don't make appliances like they use to:(
