Tried to exchange it because it was defective and was told I couldn't since tags had been removed and item had been washed. So I am supposed to spend more of my hard earned money to replace it and potentially end up with two defective shirts? No thanks. I will no longer be a customer and will opt out of reward program and emails. Buyers be ware!!!
